13 Little Habits That Can Change Us Completely
People say that in order for something to become a habit we have to do it for 21 days. After that most likely it will become one. There must be something we should change about ourselves, right?
Or maybe improve our life by incorporating a new habit in our everyday life. Below there is a list of a few habits that will help you become the best possible version of yourself.

#1 Make sure to walk wherever you can and whenever you can. It will be good for your mental and physical health. Make your health a priority.
#2 Listen more than you talk. By making these change, you will be able to see things you hadn’t had the change before because you were concentrated on yourself. Listen, but forgive yourself when you fail at it.
Try again after you notice that you are the one talking.
#3 Make your space and surroundings according to your needs, in order to give the best of yourself. Pay close attention to the things you personally need to do good work. Do you need silence or music?
Do you want to be near the window and do you want to put the phone down? Do you need more frequent breaks or you do not want to have breaks?
What you should do is pay close attention to those particular factors and moments in which you have done your best.
#4 Make sure that you read at least 1 book every 2 months.
#5 Praise close people around you. Tell them you are proud of them, inspired by them, thankful for them, here for them, grateful to them, comforted by them, and honored to know and have them in your life.
Ensure that they know they truly matter to you.
#6 Make sure to be kind to people on a daily basis. Smile and say hello to the bus driver on your way to work, say hello to the waitress while ordering food, be kind. Talk to the person in the dry cleaning, ask about their day.
This will make the day of others and yours as well. Kindness doesn’t cost a thing, and yet it can bring you so much.
#8 Make sleep a priority. Do not be proud of how you can go all day without sleep; it is not normal or good for you. Good night sleep is crucial for your mental and physical health, always remember that.
#9 Make sure to say “yes” to something which scares you if you know it will be good for you. If your dreams scare you, then you are on the right path.
#10 Make every single choice and decision according to your wish to be an individual of integrity.
#11 When you relax, do it completely. That means no e-mail, or work while you are sitting on the couch. Do your best to relax completely. Enjoy that yoga class to the fullest.
Immerse yourself in that book or movie. Let it be the only thing you are doing.
#12 Try to address your feelings, do not ignore them. Stop for a moment and do your best to understand what you are feeling. Do it for your own good.
#13 Stop for a second and think about where you were 10 years ago, 5 years ago, a year ago. Stop and think about the things you’re doing now, that seemed impossible at that time.
