Why People Should Make Their Body Alkaline?

The pH balance in the body is essential for our overall health. The alkaline environment is excellent for the immunologic, enzymatic, and repair mechanisms. The pH of the blood is regulated in a few ways.

Carbon dioxide is mildly acidic, but the changes in breathing regulate its levels. For example, when we exercise, the body produces lactic acidic acid, as well as carbon dioxide that releases acids during breathing out.

Through urination, we release excess acid too. Moreover, the blood contains buffers which are a special chemical that functions by resisting unexpected pH changes.

Often, the acidic environment causes different autoimmune and degenerative illnesses. Also, it causes fluid retention and edema, unwanted effects on the cell metabolism, enhances free radical production, and lowers energy levels.

Furthermore, having acidic pH levels is related to serious issues such as gout, stroke, obesity, cancer, migraines, diabetes, osteoporosis, arthritis, cataracts, morning sickness, and allergies.

Everything we consume affects our pH levels. Plant-based foods are alkaline, but animal-based ones are mostly acidic. Although we need all types of food for a good pH balance, we need to stay away from very acidic foods such as fast and processed foods.

If you want to test your pH levels, you can do it with pH strips, or a urine test. The first results are more acidic because, at night, the body removes the acid. The second results are more precise, so you can compare them to find out the condition of your body.

How to Alkalize Your Body and Prevent Diseases

To alkalize your body, and keep yourself safe from many diseases including cancer, you should do the following:

Water

When you wake up, make sure to drink a glass of water. After that, take a half organic lemon, and squeeze it into a glass of lukewarm water. Add ½ teaspoon of baking soda and consume it.

Veggies and Fruits

Make sure to eat plenty of fruits and veggies. You can make juices and smoothies. If you choose smoothies, you should use spirulina, chlorella, barley grass, wheat grass, kelp, and cayenne as an addition.

Organic Food

If you like meat and animal products, make sure to consume only grass-fed. And, stay away from acidic processed foods, refined sugar, and fried foods.

Water

You should drink water that has a pH level of 9.

Home

Instead of using chemicals for cleaning your home, you should use lemons, plant proteins, diluted ACV, and essential oils.

Also, do not use scented and chemical-based body products, but choose natural ones that do not contain toxins to take care of your body.
