This Gesture Will Warm Your Heart – A Pizza Restaurant Puts Up a Note for the Homeless People
Sadly we can all say that we encounter homeless people and beggars every single day. These underprivileged people go from traffic signals to restaurants in order to look for food. Sometimes, they do not even know where their meal is coming from.
But, there seems that things are getting better. How? Well, you see in Fargo, North Dakota a restaurant manager noticed a couple of homeless people eating food from a trash can.
But, she didn’t stop, she decided to do something about this.
This one-of-a-kind lady is Michelle Lussier. She works at Little Caesars restaurant. She started to offer pizza to homeless people for free.

Also, she put up a note on the window of the restaurant to let all people know about the new policy of the restaurant for the poor.
The note says: “To the person going through our trash for their next meal, you’re a human being and worth more than a meal from a dumpster. Please come in during operating hours for a couple of slices of hot pizza and a cup of water at no charge. No questions asked.”
The photo of the note went viral all over social media and Michelle was praised for her action.
She said: “Don’t feel embarrassed if you’re hungry and you don’t want to do what others do, you know stand on the corner for handouts. You feel down about that; you’re more than welcome to come here and grab a couple of slices.”
The Little Caesars outlet is also known for giving away leftover pizzas to homeless people. Let hope that this act of kindness will inspire more and more people to help those in need. And we hope the world will have more people like Michelle Lussier.
We all can do something good for those in need.
