  • Twelve cups of clean water

  • For decoration – lavender springs

All you have to do is make a mixture of all of the ingredients and cool the drink. You can add more honey or water if you want. Remember, although this recipe is good for some people, it doesn’t necessarily mean that it will be beneficial for you as well.

Other Uses

Here are several more ways in which you can use lavender oil in order to lower your anxiety, ease a headache, treat dry skin, etc.

  • Make yourself a bath and add five or six drops of the oil to treat your dry skin.
  • Ten or twelve drops diffused in the air will relax you during a busy and stressful day.
  • To improve your skin and sleep, keep away insects, and relax, you can add two drops of lavender by an ounce of an unprocessed organic oil such as olive oil or almond oil.
